Conservation Management Plans
These are comprehensive heritage documents that assess the significance of a place and provide practical guidelines for its future. It addresses conservation policies and possible changes and future uses of the place.
Heritage Impact Statements
Coupled with heritage advice, these documents are required where alterations and additions are taking place to a heritage item, near a heritage item or in a Conservation Area. In these circumstances it is a statutory requirement that they accompany a Development Application.
Heritage Advice & Assisitance
Skills include; heritage advice for architects at the design stage, heritage advice with regard to the carriage of projects through to approval, expert evidence for the Land and Environment Court, Archival Recording and conservation of buildings, particularly waterproofing.
